Took way longer with delivery and no type of communication or reasoning, had to contact fedex but they weren't helpful either.

Very soft and comfortable

Doesn't look like the photos when I ordered it. The photos must have been of the small size. To be fair, it arrived rolled into a small bag and was very squished but it also hasn't fluffed back up after a few days. I was hoping for something plush and comfortable for my dog to suggle in but its pretty flat.

So soft, my Bean is obsessed now.
